Setting up a New Account
Enter your e-mail address and your unique password. You will then be asked for your account details which include shipping and billing addresses, along with payment details. You can choose not to store your credit card details.
Adding Items to Your Order
Just click on the "Add to Cart" button to add any items to your shopping basket. To see what you have in your shopping basket click on the "View Cart" link at the top of every page.
Accessing your Account Details
After you have registered as a new user you can access your account details by clicking on the My Account link listed at the top of every page. From My Account you can change your shipping address (where products will be delivered) and the billing address and payment details.
Checking Out Your Order
Select the "Submit" button to place your order. A confirmation screen will list your order number and this information will also be emailed to you.
Sending a Gift
If your order is required to be sent as a gift, please note this in the shipping address which appears on the payment detail entry page. Enter the name and address of the person receiving the gift in the delivery details form. If the shipping address is the same as the billing address, simply click on the billing address page and the information will be filled in automatically. We will also need a phone number for the recipient in case there is a problem with the delivery.
What is the Wish List?
If you are not ready to order the items just yet, you can put them into your wish list. This list will keep a record of the items you may like to buy. At any time you can move these items from the shopping basket to the wish list and back again.
