Are these medications legal?

Yes. All the medications listed on this site are legally able to be sold over-the-counter (OTC) in New Zealand.

Overseas Online Pharmacy is not responsible for the individual laws of the customer's own country with regards to our products. However if your order becomes lost then we do offer a limited guarantee. We offer to replace your order, free of charge, one time only.

Do I require a Doctors prescription to order from you?

No. As above, all of the products listed are available OTC.

Do you ship to <my country>?

Probably. We are however unable to ship products to certain regions of the world.

These regions include: Some parts of Asia, South America, Middle East, Pakistan, and India.

All other regions we are able to ship to.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This depends on many factors outside our control. Once a package leaves our warehouse it is at the mercy of various postal agencies. Holidays, worker strikes and natural disasters can all impact negatively on delivery. But most of the time your order should arrive within 14 days.

Do you sell <product>?

Maybe. If you have an interest in purchasing a product that we do not list on our website please send us an enquiry. Our staff will be able to tell you if we can procure it, or of any alternatives.

Why do the products look different to what I am used to seeing?

This can be for a couple of reasons:

1. The same product is marketed under different names in different parts of the world.

2. The product we sell is a "generic", this means that it contains exactly the same ingredients but is manufactured by another company. Generic medications are quite often cheaper than the brand name equivalents.

How can I pay for my order?

Overseas Online Pharmacy accepts Visa, MasterCard and Amex. We charge your card in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) at the exchange rate on the day of purchase.
